Role: Sales Executive
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: Any Graduation.
Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in Ed-tech Sales or Business Development.
Role Overview: As a "Sales Executive", you'll be the bridge between our programs and aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals. Your primary role will be to identify prospects, engage them through consultative discussions, and guide them to enrol in programs that accelerate their business growth and leadership journey.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential entrepreneurs, startup founders, and professionals looking to enhance their leadership or business growth.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, networking groups, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Use LinkedIn and startup communities to reach decision-makers and growth-focused individuals.
- Understand each participant's business challenges and learning needs.
- Present the program's value proposition aligned with their goals and growth potential.
- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead qualification to enrolment closure.
- Maintain consistent engagement through follow-ups, emails, and personalized communication.
- Track all interactions and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Contribute feedback on marketing campaigns and lead quality.
- Build long-term relationships that foster trust, referrals, and repeat engagement.
- Gather feedback and market intelligence to improve future outreach.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably EdTech, consulting, or professional training).
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Self-driven, passionate about learning, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital outreach platforms.
