About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to guide professionals through the visa application process for various countries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate guidance and counselling to clients regarding work visa process.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, programs, and visa categories.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Assist clients in preparing complete visa files, including forms, financial documents, and appointment scheduling.
- Review documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with embassy requirements.
- Handle client queries via calls, emails, and in-office consultations.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and filed applications
- Provide continuous support to clients until final visa outcome.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
- Prior experience in visa counselling, overseas education, or immigration services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of visa filing procedures for countries like Germany, Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.
