Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Operations and equity dealer at SRR Capital in Kerala, India.
*Strong attention to detail and process orientation* and
ensuring quality service delivery. They will also collaborate with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational performance.
Coordinate with the back-office and management team to ensure timely updates and data accuracy.

Maintain a high level of ownership and accountability in every task*. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

*NISM certification (SORM).* Graduation.*Good Communication skills.

Stock Dealer & Operations Executives

Responsibilities:

*Execute transaction efficiently.

*Monitor client portfolios to ensure all holdings, values, and allocations reflect accurately.

*Identify and rectify discrepancies in client holdings, valuations, and transaction reports if any.

*Coordinate with the back-office and management team to ensure timely updates and data accuracy.

*Maintain a high level of ownership and accountability in every task.

*NISM certification preferred.*

Manage client queries and service requests efficiently.

Assist clients with portfolio updates and transaction tracking.
