We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual to manage and execute our visual content and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in video editing, graphic design, and digital marketing, particularly across social media platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, design sensibility, and marketing acumen.

Key Responsibilities:Video Editing

  • Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Add effects, transitions, text overlays, music, and branding elements.
  • Create promotional videos, explainer videos, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, etc.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's tone and guidelines.

Graphic Design

  • Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, banners, emailers, and presentations.
  • Create thumbnails, posters, and event creatives.
  • Maintain design consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize campaigns and brand visuals.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content calendars for social media.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
  • Run basic ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and optimize performance.
  • Analyze insights and KPIs to improve strategies.
  • Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and content strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Media, Communications, Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Portfolio of past video and design work.
