About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training & Development Associate to support the end-to-end learning initiatives of our organization. This role will work closely with the Driver Operations teams to identify training needs, coordinate learning programs and help partner riders and drivers continuously grow their skills and knowledge.

What you'll do:
  • Design, facilitate, and deliver training sessions related to driver compliance, app usage, and operational policies.
  • Conduct refresher or corrective training for drivers with reported violations or compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to align training content with current regulations and internal standards.
  • Review and handle driver tickets or violation reports, ensuring accurate tagging, documentation, and timely resolution.
  • Analyze trends from driver violations and recommend targeted learning interventions.
  • Support communication efforts and assist in drafting training materials, announcements, and knowledge base updates.
  • Monitor post-training performance and provide feedback or additional coaching as needed.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelors degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in training, facilitation, or operations support (preferably in transportation, logistics, or customer service).
  • Experience in ticket handling, compliance review, or performance coaching is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino).
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with LMS or ticketing tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (office remote) and adapt to flexible project schedules.
