We are seeking a Database Lead to manage the day to day execution of the database migration project coordinate team activities and ensure successful delivery of migration milestones while maintaining quality standards

Configure and execute AWS DMS for data migration activities

Monitor data replication and synchronization processes

Perform data validation and integrity checks

Handle incremental data loads and change data capture

Troubleshoot migration issues and performance bottlenecks

Strong SQL skills in both SQL Server and PostgreSQL

Hands on experience with AWS DMS and database migration tools

Proficiency in database performance tuning and optimization

Knowledge of Aurora PostgreSQL features and capabilities

Scripting skills Python PowerShell Shell scripting

Experience with database monitoring tools pgAdmin CloudWatch

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in team environments

Good documentation and communication skills

Experience with other database platforms Oracle MySQL

Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles

Familiarity with version control systems Git

Experience with automated deployment tools
