Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart and energetic SEO Analyst to handle the online marketing activities for our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SEO, and online lead generation. You will work across multiple brands—mainly in hospitality, construction, and coworking spaces.

This role needs someone who is both creative and analytical, and who can plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns that bring results.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Improve website ranking and organic traffic through on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Do keyword research, content optimization, and fix technical SEO issues.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Manage and update Google Business Profiles.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

  • Create monthly content plans for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business.
  • Design and publish posts, reels, stories, and banners using tools like Canva.
  • Run paid ads through Meta Business Suite and monitor results.
  • Respond to messages, reviews, and comments on social platforms.

Lead Generation:

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate leads for different business units.
  • Create landing pages, lead forms, and ads targeting potential customers.
  • Work with the sales team to hand over and follow up on leads.
  • Track conversion performance and suggest improvements.

Basic Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SMM, lead generation).
  • Good knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to write short and engaging content for digital use.
  • Creative thinking and a good eye for visual content.
  • Strong coordination and time management skills.
  • Experience handling multiple brands or business verticals is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
