We're building an AI system that understands gender dynamics better than any technology ever created. We need meticulous, thoughtful annotators to teach it.

The Mission:
You'll be the human intelligence behind our AI, ensuring it accurately captures the nuances of gender across cultures, economies, and contexts. Your work directly shapes how organizations worldwide will understand and serve women.

What You'll Do:

  • Tag and categorize gender-specific data from global sources using our proprietary schema
  • Identify patterns and connections across datasets that others might miss
  • Validate AI-suggested labels and improve tagging accuracy
  • Document edge cases and cultural nuances in gender data interpretation
  • Collaborate with domain experts to refine our understanding of gender metrics

Perfect Candidates Have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and pattern recognition skills
  • Interest in gender studies, economics, international development, or sociology
  • Experience with data labeling tools (Labelbox, Prodigy) is a plus
  • Ability to work with data in multiple languages is highly valued
  • Genuine passion for advancing gender equality through better data
