Vehicle Stock Management
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing vehicles in DMS (Dealer Management System).
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements (Stock Inward, PDI, Registration, Delivery).
- Coordinate with OEM for vehicle allocation, dispatch, and stock status.
- Conduct daily/weekly physical stock verification and reconcile with system data.
Monitor stock ageing and report to Sales Manager for clearance actions.
CRM & Customer Data Management
Update and maintain customer database in CRM for all sales-related transactions.
- Ensure timely entry of bookings, delivery schedules, and customer follow-up activities in CRM.
- Track customer communication history for reference and follow-up.
Assist sales team with customer service queries related to delivery, billing, or registration status.
Billing & Documentation
Prepare retail invoices, tax invoices, and all necessary billing documentation as per company policy.
- Ensure correctness of price, taxes, and discounts before invoice generation.
- Maintain proper filing of billing documents for audit and compliance purposes.
Coordinate with finance/accounts for payment clearance before vehicle delivery.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements (GST, RTO, Insurance), and OEM guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate stock and billing records.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer data.
Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with Sales, Finance, RTO, and PDI teams for smooth workflow.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock/billing reports to management.
- Escalate discrepancies or delays in stock movement to concerned authorities.
Job Type: Full-time
