We're a small, fast-moving team based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, and we're looking for a 
Firmware Engineer
 to join us in shaping magical, intelligent toys.

What you'll do

  • Write and maintain firmware for our custom SoCs and microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, ESP32, etc.).
  • Work closely with the hardware engineer to bring up new boards and debug hardware-software integration.
  • Implement drivers for peripherals (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, BLE, WiFi, Audio, Sensors).
  • Optimize power management and performance for embedded systems.
  • Develop bootloaders, OTA update mechanisms, and secure communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with our AI/ML and cloud engineers to integrate local firmware with higher-level systems.
  • Own the firmware release cycle: prototyping → testing → deployment.

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in 
    embedded firmware development
    .
  • Strong knowledge of microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, STM32, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes).
  • Experience with communication stacks: Bluetooth Low Energy, WiFi, I2C, SPI, UART.
  • Knowledge of 
    secure firmware practices
     (encryption, OTA updates, watchdogs).
  • Bonus points if you've worked on 
    audio firmware, toy electronics, or consumer devices
    .
