Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate sales, with a strong ability to convert leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team (if applicable), and representing the company in client meetings and property site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits
 - Understand client requirements and offer suitable project solutions
 - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
 - Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company policies
 - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business
 - Track and report sales metrics, pipeline, and targets
