Job brief:

We are looking for a creative and a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, visually engaging, and on-brand design assets for all our marketing and communication activities. This role involves conceptualising ideas using creative thinking to get the best innovative designs.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership, various internal teams, content creators, copywriters, and event managers to ensure creative alignment and effective design execution.

Required Skills:

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
  • Proficient in design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other creative software.
  • Experience and proficiency with photo and video editing software like After Effects, Premier Pro, creating content optimized for various platforms like websites, social media, and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and present design choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the latest graphic design trends, branding, typography, color theory, and digital content creation.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

As a Graphic designer, you will:

  • Develop creative concepts and visual content based on project goals, company guidelines, and team needs.
  • Design a variety of marketing and communication materials including social media graphics, presentations, infographics, brochures and website visuals.
  • Translate design briefs into mood boards, mockups, templates, and final artwork.
  • Maintain brand consistency by following or developing style guides and visual standards.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams to bring ideas to life visually.

Degree and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a product-based industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • A portfolio that reflects your strengths in visual design skills.
