We are looking for a passionate and skilled
AI/ML Engineer
with 2–4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent automation solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams to integrate AI-driven functionalities into production systems.

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    machine learning and deep learning models
    for real-world applications.
  • Work with
    Python-based frameworks
    like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Implement
    data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
    techniques.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production environments (APIs, microservices).
  • Build and manage
    ETL pipelines
    , handle large datasets, and ensure data quality.
  • Research and experiment with
    LLMs, embeddings, NLP, and generative AI tools
    such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
  • Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability for deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI technologies.

Skills

  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of
    machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation
    techniques.
  • Experience in
    NLP / LLM / Generative AI
    projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with
    LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar AI frameworks
    is a plus.
  • Good understanding of
    cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
    for ML model deployment.
  • Experience with
    version control (Git)
    and
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exposure to
    vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
    .
  • Experience in
    API development (FastAPI / Flask)
    for serving ML models.
  • Knowledge of
    MLOps tools
    such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
  • Prior experience working on
    AI-powered SaaS or automation systems
    .
