Role Description

The Assistant HR Manager supports the HR function across Blusalzz Hospitality properties in various locations such as Delhi, Goa, Amritsar by executing HR operations, driving employee engagement, ensuring policy compliance, and facilitating talent development. The role plays a key part in creating a guest-centric, service-driven culture aligned with Blusalzz Hospitality's brand values.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for hotel and corporate positions
• Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and on boarding
• Maintain talent pipeline for seasonal and operational needs
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
• Support employee engagement programs and welfare activities
• Coordinate performance feedback and appraisal processes
• Identify training needs in coordination with department heads
• Maintain training records and evaluation reports
• Manage HR documentation, employee files, and HRIS updates
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality labor regulations

Skills & Competencies

• Degree from a reputed Business Administration, HR
• 5 -7 years' experience in hospitality HR
• Excellent follow ups and guidance to unit managers
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
