About The Role:

Vested is hiring for a Senior Recruiter Healthcare to manage end-to-end client engagements. This is a fully remote position in which you'll be mapped directly to a fast growing startup to provide recruiting support. In this role, you'll be client and candidate facing with a team of coordinators under you. Our Senior Recruiters are experts in the world of Talent Acquisition. They support several roles within a client account simultaneously to deliver high-quality results. They are organized and take pride in making sure there are no loose ends.

What You'll Do:

  • End to end recruitment for positions like BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, RN's
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates. Our clients trust us with their talent brand reputation so providing a great candidate experience is key.
  • You will be responsible for setting up engagements, ensuring the right documentation is in place and ensuring our technology is set up properly to deliver results to our clients
  • Manage Client Engagements
  • Develop, review, and maintain processes and procedures, and continuously solve for protocol and system improvements
  • Communication
  • Be the main point of contact at Vested for our clients. You will be responsible for emailing (or calling) clients to receive feedback on services our and earn our clients' trust
  • As the external-facing contact for our clients, you will oversee some level of operations. You'll work with our internal team to check on account health, monitor performance, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Data Analysis
  • You will be continuously monitoring results of the roles you're working on and making suggestions to improve based on data

About You:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 - 3 years of recruiting experience in a client facing capacity (USA clients and roles required)
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and the rest of the G-Suite
  • Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (in English)
  • Responsible, reliable, self motivated and has the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous and ever-changing startup environment
  • Stable internet/ power supply
  • Personal Laptop
