Job Title: UI/UX Designer & Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Developer who can design intuitive interfaces and transform them into responsive, pixel-perfect, and high-performing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Design engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve design decisions.

Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into responsive, functional front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).

Ensure design consistency across platforms while following brand guidelines.

Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and front-end best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Frontend Developer, or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind).

Experience with , Angular, or is a plus.

Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and implemented designs.

Good to Have

Motion/interaction design experience.

Knowledge of usability testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, Lookback, etc.).

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Creative problem-solving with attention to detail.

Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
