Key Responsibilities

  • Independently handle coil manufacturing processes: copper tubing forming, brazing, insulation, and finishing.
  • Interpret and work with technical drawings, coil designs, and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Operate and maintain tools, jigs, fixtures, and machines used in coil production.
  • Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Supervise junior technicians or trainees, providing training and technical guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, rework, and test results.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities related to quality, cost, and cycle time reduction.
  • Follow and enforce all safety protocols in the workshop.
  • Assist in the manufacturing of induction coils as per technical drawings and process instructions.
  • Work with senior technicians and engineers to understand coil winding, brazing, and forming processes.
  • Perform basic operations such as measuring, cutting, and assembling copper coils.
  • Ensure proper use of machines and tools under supervision.
  • Follow safety standards and quality guidelines during production activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to improve technical skills and process understanding.
  • Support the team in meeting daily and weekly production targets.
