Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Masonry Foreman to supervise and coordinate all masonry works on-site. The ideal candidate will oversee blockwork, brickwork, plastering, and related activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong technical knowledge of masonry works, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
• Proven experience supervising masonry teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Knowledge of construction safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide masonry teams in daily activities
• Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with project schedules
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Ensure proper use of materials and maintain site cleanliness
• Enforce safety protocols and report any issues on site
