As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of market research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from inception to completion. Youll work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Understand client domain, products (e.g. Kantar Cross-Media, Brand, Creative), and business objectives.
  • Independently manage projects across geographies with minimal guidance.
  • Design project setup by identifying internal/external requirements and alerting account teams.
  • Source and negotiate quotes from external suppliers, ensuring cost and timing efficiency.
  • Recommend methodologies for non-standard projects using fieldwork expertise.
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate with Kantar Profiles and production teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure quality control across all project stages, including script checking and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead kick-off meetings, status calls, and review sessions.
  • Monitor project scope, timeline, and budget; escalate risks proactively.
  • Manage financial documentation and invoicing for vendors.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Comply with ISO guidelines and internal work practices (e.g. time sheets, responsiveness).
  • Complete internal skill certifications (SUP Advance level topics) within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing multi-country/category studies.
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques, sample design, and questionnaire flow.
  • Proficiency in scripting, fieldwork, data collection, coding, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Market Research products, processes, and project management tools (e.g. SDM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • High proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
