Purchase Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of quality materials and services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cost-efficiency and quality standards of the organization's purchasing processes.
- Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and quality.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores and production teams for purchase planning.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain updated supplier information and purchasing records.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and pricing.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely invoice processing and payment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track market trends, pricing, and availability of goods.
- Assist in cost control and reduction initiatives.
