POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer oriented front desk executive to join our aesthetic clinic . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact to clients providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Scheduling appoitments and managing appointment calendars efficiently.

  2. Answering phone calls, whatsapp texts and enquiries promptly and providing accurate informations about our services, products, appointment availability and pricing.

  3. Process client payments, maintain accurate billing records and handle cash transactions securely.

  4. Assisting clients in completing forms.

  5. Handling sales closures of procedures.

  6. Ensuring stock availability for scheduled procedures and maintain stock stores.

QUALIFICATIONS

qualifications:*-

1.Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or beauty-related setting.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.-

3.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4.Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling software(TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)

5.Knowledge of skincare products and treatments is preferred but not required

6.willingness to learn and stay informed about industry trends and developments.

7.Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or a related field is a plus.
