About the Role

As a Middleware Engineer at NCG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration and operation of our middleware systems. Your expertise in managing and optimizing Axway Transfer CFT environments will directly contribute to our operational efficiency and service delivery excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality middleware solutions that empower our clients to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, install, and upgrade Axway Transfer CFT in both standalone and cluster environments.
  • Configure Axway Transfer CFT, including creation of new partners, IDF, flow modifications, and PKI/TLS/SSL certificate management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Work with PESIT, FTPS, and SFTP protocols for secure and compliant data transfer.
  • Manage requests, changes, incidents, and problems via ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
  • Ensure systems meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

You Might Be Our Ideal Match If You:

  • Have 36 years of experience in middleware engineering or a related field.
  • Possess strong Axway Transfer CFT administration skills.
  • Have experience in high availability environments and production support.
  • Are proficient with data transfer protocols (PESIT, FTPS, SFTP).
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Can work independently under pressure and thrive in collaborative team settings.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
