Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bikaner,Rajasthan & Gujrat for an Engineer, Supervisor, Technician. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of solar project sites, ensuring quality control, managing and coordinating workers, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The role will also include regular monitoring and reporting project progress to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills: Knowledge in solar energy systems, electrical systems, and general technical maintenance
  • Supervisory skills: Experience in project management, team coordination, and leadership
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Compliance and safety standards knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred
