Sales Coordinator (Entry-Level Opportunity for Fresh Graduates)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team within the Mechanical Engineering sector. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers and are passionate about applying their technical knowledge to sales and client coordination. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, preparing presentations, and engaging with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and handling inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to both internal teams and potential clients.
  • Support negotiations with clients by providing technical insights and coordinating with engineering and design teams.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate/fresher preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and effective organizational skills.

Salary : As per industry Standards

Working days: Mon to Sat

Working Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30PM
