PPC - Job Description

(Key Responsibility &

Accountability)

1. Shift handling (Coordinate with various departments to create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.)

2. Shift wise Loss monitoring & analysis.

3. Progress control equipment's trouble shootings & countermeasure.

4. ECN data up-dation, COGI reason analysis, Rejection clearance & monitoring.

5. New model set up as per Plan.

Specific Functional Skills Required

1. Working experience of Production Planning Control.

2. Execution of daily production plan, Loss Monitoring & Co-ordination with other departments.

3. Daily & Monthly MIS creation, Keeping Record as per ISO guidelines.

4. Material Receiving, Inventory Management, ECN management.

5. Knowledge of Poke Yoke, Kanban, FIFO ,5S system & SAP MM.

6. Rejection control through countermeasure method.

7. Good communication skills, build creative environment, positive mindset & teamwork.

8. Knowledge of safety, quality & production system.
