Job Title:* Political Graphic Designer

Location:* Bangalore (On-site)

*About the Role:*

We are looking for a *Political Graphic Designer* with expertise in *CorelDRAW (CRD)* and other design tools, who can create engaging, impactful, and visually appealing content for political campaigns. The ideal candidate should be fluent in *Marathi* and preferably other Indian regional languages, with a keen understanding of political messaging and campaign design.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Conceptualize and design political creatives, posters, banners, pamphlets, and social media graphics.
  • Work closely with campaign teams to translate political strategies into compelling visual communication.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with the party's vision, brand identity, and regional audience.

* Handle multilingual design work, with primary focus on *Marathi* and additional Indian languages.

* Create print-ready and digital-ready designs using *CorelDRAW* and related software.

  • Manage multiple design requests within tight timelines.

*Requirements:*

* Proficiency in *CorelDRAW (CRD)*, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing political/social campaign designs preferred.

* Fluency in *Marathi* (must) and knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage.

  • Understanding of political branding, campaign messaging, and regional cultural context.

* Ability to work on-site from our *Bangalore office*.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design (political or social campaign experience is a Must).
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to campaign needs and urgent assignments
