Job Title: Video Editor & Gameplay Capture Specialist

Location: Remote

Working Hours: UK business hours

Note: We are looking for experienced professionals with prior experience working for gaming industry and with video editing and creation.

Job Purpose

To create high-quality, engaging video content for gaming and entertainment projects by combining technical in-game/in-engine capture skills with strong editing expertise. The role involves producing trailers, social media edits, hype reels, and other creative content that resonates with the gaming community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture gameplay footage using in-game cinematography and in-engine tools (Unreal Engine, Unity)
  • Edit a wide range of content, including trailers, social media edits, sizzles, explainers, and hype videos
  • Cut and refine footage from gameplay, interviews, live-action shoots, or archive material
  • Solve both creative and technical capture challenges
  • Adapt edits for different platforms with a hook-first, social-savvy approach
  • Collaborate with creative leads, producers, designers, and clients to ensure brand-aligned content
  • Stay updated with social media trends, gaming culture, and what fans are engaging with
  • Deliver polished, technically sound, and visually compelling final outputs

What We're Looking For

  • Strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating range, creativity, and polished edits
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Solid experience with cinematic camera techniques in games
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine and Unity for in-engine captures
  • Strong grasp of editing for social platforms: hook-first mindset, vertical video, fast-paced storytelling
  • Good sense of sound design, music sync, and pacing
  • Excellent attention to detail and storytelling, even in short formats
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure without compromising quality
  • A passion for video games and gaming culture
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with gaming brands
  • Motion graphics skills
  • Familiarity with tools like , Trello, Slack, Google Suite
  • Knowledge of motion libraries, templates, or plug-ins to speed up workflows
  • Basic colour grading or sound mixing skills
  • Any experience with 3D or animation
  • Bonus if you are a football gaming enthusiast

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹90,000.00 per month
