Job Description – Technical Service Head
Position: Technical Service Head
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Experience: 5–10 years (preferably in IT Hardware / Electronics / Technical Services)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Head to lead and manage our service operations at Ghansoli. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, customer support, and team management while ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical service team and ensure timely customer support
- Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Implement service SOPs and monitor KPIs
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues with root cause analysis
- Manage service budgets, spare parts, and vendor coordination
- Conduct training for service engineers and staff
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
- 5–10 years of technical service experience (min 2 years in leadership)
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware/electronics products
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
