Job Summary

We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating a great website for our company. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our branding.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • We are looking for a skilled WordPress eCommerce Developer with strong experience in WooCommerce to create and configure a fully functional online store. The project will involve integrating secure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), setting up domestic and international shipping methods, and ensuring smooth checkout functionality. You will also handle bulk product upload of products in bulk through web scraping/crawling, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Additionally, you will implement functionality to generate downloadable PDF files for each product containing specifications, COA/SDS, and technical data.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and optimize WooCommerce store on WordPress
  • Integrate and test payment gateway systems
  • Set up shipping zones, rates, and rules
  • Scrape/crawl product data from supplier sources and bulk import
  • Create automated downloadable PDFs for each product
  • Optimize performance for large-scale product database
  • Ensure SEO-friendly product listings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
  • Strong PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
  • Experience with bulk product import tools (WP All Import, etc.)
  • Web scraping/crawling experience for eCommerce product data
  • Familiarity with PDF generation plugins or custom solutions
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for eCommerce
  • Ability to work within deadlines and communicate clearly

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in scientific or industrial product eCommerce
  • Knowledge of API integrations for product data

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
