Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant HR position located in Kochi. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions at the plant, ensuring smooth employee relations, compliance, and people development, while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory
