Role & responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Veeva Vault applications with a primary focus on the Complaints Management process.
  • Develop custom objects, lifecycles, workflows, reports, and user interfaces using Vault configuration tools and VQL.
  • Create and optimize data extraction pipelines using Veeva ADX to support reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with industry regulations (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and optimize system performance across Vault applications.
  • Work closely with other developers and architects to design integration solutions using APIs and middleware.
  • Lead technical design sessions and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva Vault best practices.
  • Author and maintain technical documentation, validation deliverables, and training materials.
  • Participate in code reviews, UAT support, and release management activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Veeva Vault Platform development.
  • Experience working with Veeva ADX for reporting and data extraction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
