Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Execute test for ETL, AI models and features
  • Lead functional, Integration and regression testing across the platform
  • Validate model outputs for accuracy, fairness and exploitability
  • Validate across ML lifecycle stages
  • Develop automated test suites using Python, Pytest, Request, Selenium and Pandas/Pyspark validation tools
  • Collaborate across cross functional teams
  • Mentor junior testers and contribute to test strategy and tooling decisions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7~10 Years in software testing with at least 3 years in AI/ML model validation
  • Build/maintain python frameworks for UI validation, AI validation, API testing, ETL validations and data pipeline checks.
  • Testing ML models (TensorFlow/Pytourch/scikit-learn) and MLOps pipelines
  • Strong Python skills for test automation and data validation
  • Experience with testing AI/ML workflows using AWS/Azure based cloud environment
  • Hands on with NLP and LLM testing
  • Hands on with tools like Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, Request, Postman, Pandas, Pyspark, Great Expectations, SHAP, LIME etc.,
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices
  • Exposure to data transformation pipelines and schema validation
  • Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with GenAI testing frameworks or Langchain
  • Experience with agent evaluation frameworks and autonomous system testing
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification
