We're now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring creative ideas to life and maintain design excellence across all brand and client projects.

Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Addinfi, you will lead the visual design execution for social media campaigns, marketing creatives, and digital assets across clients. You'll collaborate with our marketing and content teams to produce eye-catching and performance-driven designs while maintaining consistent brand aesthetics.

You should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, layout, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media creatives, banners, infographics, reels thumbnails, and ad visuals for clients across multiple industries.
  • Create short-form video content (reels, stories, YouTube shorts, ad videos) through professional video editing and motion graphics.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with the brand's marketing goals.
  • Develop static and animated content for digital ads, websites, presentations, and other brand collaterals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining brand consistency and high quality.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to translate campaign briefs into engaging visual content.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media aesthetics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers when required.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Design Software Expertise: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign (Figma or Canva knowledge is a plus).
  • Video Editing: Ability to edit marketing videos, reels, and ads using After Effects / Premiere Pro.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong visual storytelling and conceptualization skills.
  • Brand Understanding: Ability to adapt design language to different industries and audiences.
  • Detail-Oriented: Consistent eye for typography, color palette, and layout alignment.
  • Time Management: Ability to deliver under tight timelines without compromising quality.

Job Type: Full-time
