• echanical Engineering Degree from an accredited institution;

• roficient with AutoCAD and Revit

• inimum of 12+ years' experience in mechanical design;

• bility to work with a minimum of instructions and complete tasks independently;

• ocus on HVAC, plumbing, and building engineering;

• xperience with energy modelling calculations;

• orking knowledge of Ontario Building Codes, CSA standards, and ASHRAE standards;

• xcellent verbal and written communication skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs;

• ust possess a team player attitude
