
Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Associate with 2–6 years of experience in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mutual funds and investment products, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for investment and financial products.
- Build and maintain strong CRM relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Handle sales objections and deliver effective sales pitches to convert leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on financial products and services.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in FinTech, mutual funds, investments, or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products, investments, and financial planning.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear, simple manner.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
