Full Stack Laravel Developer
 to join us full-time.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented 
Full Stack Laravel Developer
 with at least 
5 years of professional experience
 and proven expertise in 
healthcare software development
. The ideal candidate will be confident in both front-end and back-end development, have strong knowledge of the Laravel framework, and be passionate about building next-generation healthcare applications that improve patient care and streamline clinic operations.

This role also requires 
hands-on experience with AWS deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and backups
, as well as the ability to design and manage 
microservices-based architectures
 for scalable healthcare solutions. The candidate should be capable of working 
individually with minimal supervision
 and should be open to working on 
Saturdays when required
.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 
  scalable healthcare web applications
   using Laravel (latest versions).
• Design and implement 
  responsive front-end interfaces
   using Blade, , or React.
• Build and integrate 
  RESTful APIs
   with third-party healthcare and communication services.
• Implement and maintain 
  appointment scheduling systems
  , 
  queue management
  , 
  Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  , and 
  telehealth modules (video, audio, chat)
  .
• Work on 
  WhatsApp integration
   for notifications, prescriptions, and appointment booking.
• Develop and optimize 
  billing, invoicing, and inventory management systems
  .
• Create and manage 
  reports, analytics dashboards
  , and healthcare-specific KPIs.
• Build 
  AI-powered digital notes and intelligent features
   to enhance clinical workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on 
  AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, backup and recovery strategies)
  .
• Design and implement 
  microservices-based architecture
   for modular, scalable applications.
• Work independently, take ownership of modules, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Work with relational databases like 
  MySQL or PostgreSQL
   including queries, migrations, and database design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) when needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a 
  Full Stack Developer
   with a strong focus on 
  Laravel
  .
• Proven experience developing 
  healthcare-related applications
   (EMR, appointment systems, telehealth, billing, etc.).
• Strong expertise in 
  PHP, Laravel, , Blade templates, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  .
• Hands-on experience with 
  AWS services
  : EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, backups, deployments, and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of 
  microservices architecture
   and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
• Strong experience with 
  RESTful APIs
   and third-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways).
• Expertise in 
  MySQL/PostgreSQL
   databases (design, optimization, indexing).
• Ability to 
  work independently
   and handle complete modules from start to finish.
• Willingness to 
  work on Saturdays
   when required.
• Understanding of 
  HIPAA/DISHA compliance
  , data security, and encryption standards (preferred).
• Knowledge of 
  Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
  .
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 
  AI/ML integration
   in healthcare (e.g., predictive analytics, smart notes).
• Exposure to
