Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage our financial accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Manage financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end close procedures
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards, and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • years of experience in accounting or auditing roles
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
