Job Description:

JOB Summary :
1. Proper guidance should be given to the QC engineers
2. Reporting to superior on daily basis
3. Reduce inspection time
4. Development of department
5. Prepare quality procedure & communicate to colleagues
6. Man power handling

1. To complete the job inspection in stipulated timings.
2. Reduce inspection time
3. To maintain the 5s level of dept. At all time.
4. Prepare the quality procedure
5. Measurement of departmental efficiency & improve it
6. Continuous improvement for system, equipment / Instrument, process and test method
7. Maintain all instruments & gauges
8. Maintain all records of QC
9. To analysis Rework/Rejection data
10. Kaizen and Cost saving
11. Prepare calibration for all instruments on annual basis
Competencies required to perform job:
1. Have good positive attitude
2. Good internal and external communication skill
Computer Experience and skill to perform jobs."
Computer skill and good soft skill must
Qualification /Education
? EXPERIENCE TO WORK ON THE SAID ROLE AT LEAST FOR 2-3 YRS.
? Diploma & Any graduate
Cost to the company
Rs 15,000 to Rs.20,000 per month
