Role & responsibilities
- Conduct motivational and self-help sessions for school students (Grades 812).
- Deliver engaging lectures on topics such as goal setting, time management, stress handling, confidence building, and career orientation.
- Interact effectively with students and teachers to create a positive, value-driven learning atmosphere.
- Customize sessions as per school requirements and student age groups.
- Represent our organization professionally during all school visits and events.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Passion for mentoring, guiding, and inspiring young minds.
- Experience in motivational speaking, life coaching, or student counselling (preferred).
- Ability to connect with students through real-life stories, examples, and interactive methods.
- Willingness to travel to schools as per the scheduled events.
