Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to join our marketing team. The SMO Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our social media presence across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute SMO strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.

Manage and grow social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Optimize social media content (posts, images, videos, hashtags) for maximum engagement and visibility. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure success and suggest improvements. Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging social media content. Respond to customer queries and manage the community across platforms.

Run social media ad campaigns and assist with paid promotion strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or SMO role. Knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.

Preferred Skills:Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools. Understanding of influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies.
