Mortgage Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Associate to support our Australia-based mortgage operations from our Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate will handle loan applications, documentation, client communication, and lender coordination to ensure smooth and compliant mortgage processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and process client documents for Australian mortgage applications.
- Liaise with Australian mortgage brokers, banks, and clients via phone and email.
- Assess customer eligibility, analyze financial statements, and prepare application summaries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Australian financial and privacy regulations.
- Follow up with lenders to track loan application progress and resolve pending issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Australian mortgage team.
- Ensure timely completion of loan files and maintain high service quality standards.
- Keep updated with Australian mortgage policies, products, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in mortgage processing, loan documentation, or financial services (Australian process preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
- Knowledge of Australian mortgage process, compliance, and loan assessment will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹21,000.00 per month
