Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing the sales team, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and engage in market research and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Analytical skills for market research and sales performance tracking
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial technology or banking sector is a plus
