Job Description:
FERO DOOR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing audits, especially related to production processes. This role involves evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with policies, and identifying areas for operational improvement across our manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits specifically focused on manufacturing and production operations.
• Evaluate internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with production and finance teams during audit activities.
• Travel to various manufacturing units as required for audit assignments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in internal auditing within a manufacturing company is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of production processes and related controls.
• CMA or CA Inter qualified candidates preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different company units as needed.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ERP / SAP systems used in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and best practices.
