Performance Test Lead

Strong expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, k6, or Blazemeter

Experience in scripting realistic load/user flows

Good knowledge of correlation, parameterization & test data management

CI/CD integration with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps

Hands-on with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, Grafana + Prometheus/InfluxDB)

Strong system metrics analysis (CPU, memory, GC, DB connections, thread states, etc.)

Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure scaling patterns

Ability to identify performance issues across application, DB, network, and infra

Forecast system performance growth & define strategy/KPIs/SLAs

Mentor testers, review scripts/results, provide actionable insights, and work with devs/architects/DBAs

Strong reporting of risks, bottlenecks, and recommendations
