Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance and routine inspections on all air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, identify root causes, and carry out repairs efficiently.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot split units, package units, chillers, cold rooms, and VRV/VRF systems.
  • Check and record gas pressures, temperatures, electrical connections, and compressor performance.
  • Replace faulty components such as compressors, thermostats, motors, sensors, filters, and fan belts.
  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs for all equipment.
  • Ensure all HVAC systems comply with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or guest complaints related to air conditioning.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for spare part requisitions and report major issues requiring outside contractor support.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor system efficiency.
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times, wearing proper PPE while on duty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹18,000.00 per month
