  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients to promote and sell services.

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information to assist customers.

  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the database.

-Basic Technology Knowledge about marketing services and software services.

  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to convert prospects into customers.

  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally and effectively.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather feedback on products/services.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotional strategies.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
