We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Manager position in a food retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Store Operations: Manage all daily activities, ensuring the store runs efficiently and profitably.
  • Drive Performance: Achieve annual operating plan (AOP), audit, and D&E targets for the store.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture and address customer needs and issues promptly.
  • Manage Your Team: Create duty rosters, allocate tasks, and cultivate a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Control Inventory: Oversee stock management and ensure product displays are appealing and compliant with company guidelines.
  • Analyze Data: Use data and performance reports to identify trends and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Uphold Standards: Ensure all legal and safety regulations are met and that new processes and promotions are implemented correctly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: A graduate degree in Hotel Management or an MBA is required.
  • Experience: 6-8+ years of experience as a store or restaurant manager, with a strong background in a customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to high performance.
  • Attributes: You must be a motivated problem-solver with a creative mindset, flexible, and adaptive to changing environments. You should also have a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹900,000.00 per year
