Key Responsibilities:


• Ensure timely procurement of key raw materials (limestone, gypsum, fly ash, slag, coal, petcoke, etc.).


• Manage vendor development, negotiations, and long-term contracts.


• Oversee logistics (road/rail/port) and optimize transportation cost.


• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply to plant.


• Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and implement cost-saving initiatives.


• Collaborate with mines, production, quality, and finance teams.

Looking For:

5–8 years of procurement & supply chain experience in cement / building materials / heavy industry.

Strong knowledge of raw material sourcing and logistics.

Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in SAP will be an advantage.
