Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Student Caller. The Student Caller will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing information about study abroad programs, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the application process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with students as needed. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible support for each student.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and data entry skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technologies
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
