Job Title: Java Backend Engineer Total Experience: 7 to 9 years Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Engineer with extensive experience in developing robust backend systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java programming, Spring Boot framework, microservices architecture, API development, and database management. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in problem-solving and has a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Java-based backend services and applications.
  • Design and implement microservices using Spring Boot framework.
  • Create well-designed APIs to integrate with front-end and third-party services.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to identify the root cause and implement solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7-9 years of hands-on experience in Java programming for backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with API design, development, and integration using RESTful services.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues with a systematic approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
